Wroclaw Business Park - Strzegomska Park offers two variants of office space: a complex of A-class office buildings and a newly built building called New Strzegomska.

WPB Strzegomska Park is an intimate complex of A-class office buildings built in 2002-2003. Low-rise buildings combined with beautiful greenery make this place ideal for work. The facility consists of 11 independent buildings with a total area of ​​15,000 sq m.

WPB New Strzegomska is an A+ class office building and the first of the planned 4 modern BREEAM certified buildings. New Strzegomska is modern, yet timeless and referring to the historic surroundings of the Park buildings. The office space is 10,500 sq m on 6 floors plus an underground garage. The construction of another building is planned in the near future, and the final stage of New Strzegomska is 45,000 sq m.

Wroclaw Business Park - Strzegomska Park is located close to the center of Wroclaw and the Wroclaw airport. The nearby City Center Ring Road and Legnicka Street allow easy access to any part of the city.
